For healthy and shiny skin drink 13-14 glass of water daily. Eat balanced diet. Avoid junk as well as oily food. Clean your face with cleansing milk once or twice a day. Moisturiser is advisable for dry skin. Apply sun-skin lotion before going out. If possible avoid direct sun-light. Keep habit of washing the face with cold water 6-7 times a day.

Dandruff is the main reason for hair fall. Massage your hair scalp with warm coconut oil. Use good quality of anti-dandruff shampoos available in the market. Sudden you notice your skin having too much dark spots. It happens because of direct contact with sun light or having unbalanced died. To avoid reduce dark spots take 2 tablespoon of honey and then add one capsule of vitamin A and one capsule of vitamin E. Mix these ingredients thoroughly and apply it to your face and neck. Diet and exercise are good ways to be healthy and flush the toxins out. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night would also be beneficial to looking good.
