you eat nothing but carbs and fats, and you really force them down, is there a limit on the fat you can gain? or will most of the food get passed out of your bodyi mean, there is only a certain amount your body can process right.

If you want to lose weight, you should engage yourself to some exercise like walking, running, sit ups and etc. or you can do sports. But don't also forget to have a healthy diet. If you want you can consult your doctor for you to have an idea of what are the right foods that you should eat.

You can do jogging and exercises in morning and evening time avoid junk food like chips do some pull-ups every day avoid non veg and take Best diet pills.

I'd suggest yoga and changing the diet suitably as many people have mentioned here . I strongly believe that yoga has a lot of benefits as i have personally seen myself changing thanks to yoga . Yoga eases the pressure and tension that your body develops during your everyday work . Avoiding fatty and oily food is a must and one should also drink lots of water and have a good amount of sleep .

To loose stomach fat do exercise like running, walking, seat-ups etc. Make habit of walking of at least 15 to minutes in a day. Avoid oily and junk food. Regular yoga is also suggestive.
