Well a lot of this depends how how health you eat. If you are getting
the required elements in your diet, vitamins are not necessary.
However, in this day and time most of us do not eat all the things that
we should, so vitamins can be helpful to prevent disease and illness.
They also are good for hair, skin and nails as well.

 The
one thing to remember a good multi vitamin is what most people need.
There are formulas for certain age groups. That should be followed.
However it is not necessary to spend large amounts of money just
because someone says their vitamin is more potent or better than
others.

Remember most vitamins if they are not used by the
body are just excreted through the kidneys so if you do not need it you
are flushing it down the drain.

Yes, Daily I can take vitamins. Here I can write uses of vitamins. The main reason vitamin benefits are so crucial is mainly because in the past fifty years there has become an epidemic of vitamin deficient foods.Beta-carotene has many benefits including being suggested to protect against cancer and heart disease.

If you eat a healthy diet that is well-balanced, you shouldn't need to take any vitamins. Most vitamins can be found in the foods you eat like fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and breads. There are some circumstances where one needs to take vitamins because of a deficiency.

i Think you can take water soluble vitamins without any problems
as they will be removed from kidney via urination

they include vit B complex and Vitamin C
