Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. (i.e.,Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible. Thought for the day: When seeing red, think pink clouds….then float on them.

hmmm well I can say,I live by a few basic principles and my life is a lot simpler for it;-)
1. Practice patience - Everything has an end and it'll get there whether you're stressing your ass off or not. Do what you can, and if there's nothing you can do, stop worrying about it. 2. Forgive - Very seldomly do people intentionally go out of their way to make you miserable. There's no need for you to do it to them. 3. Be content - The strict necessities of life are very simple. Everything else is frosting. Reducing stress is very mportant to increase your life and health!!

Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life. To reduce stress - Concentrate on one task at a time. Stressing about work you haven't done yet only detracts from accomplishing the task at hand. Breath deeply when you feel stressed. Get up and change your environment, if only for a short time.

I practice yoga on a weekly basis and find that it helps me deal with stress. Not only is it good for my physical health but my mental health as well. I also try to eat healthy and exercise and find that doing those two things also helps relieve stress.

For stress...Lifewave members apply our Aeon patch (round band-aid) over acupuncture points, give them a try and reduce your stress level. Join us at the level you feel comfortable, you can upgrade later when you know the technology works. You'll get a web site like mine and get them wholesale or to share with your friends & family.
Gordon
PS. Remember we are opening up India next month, so if you know anyone who is tired of taking pills this could be a major income opportunity for you:-)
