I have been doing some research lately since my physician recommended Vitamin E for me to take daily.

I have found that it is recommended that women get additional IU's of
Vitamin E especially after the age of 40. It definitely is healthy for
your skin but also for other issues that are female as well.

Good Man  nice info
But i have heard that vitamin E supplement should not continue regularly.
there should be some gap in between

Some of the common side effects that may occur due to vitamin E intake
are allergic experiences it can result in difficulty in breathing ,
closing of the throat, and swelling of the lips, tongue or face. Some
of the less serious side effects are fatigue, weakness, headache,
nausea, blurred vision and diarrhea. Usually these side effects stop
after stopping the vitamin E intake.

Hello Friends...

Vitamin E is one of the antioxidant vitamins. These vitamins have the ability to neutralise harmful free radicals in the body that can cause serious disease such as cancer. Vitamin E can also prevent blood clots that lead to blocked arteries and heart disease, although the American Heart Association suggests that more research is needed before they will recommend vitamin E supplementation to prevent heart disease.

Used externally in a liquid or oil, vitamin E may have some benefits for healing wounds, scars and stretch marks but this is not scientifically proven. It is actually vitamin E's antioxidant properties when used internally that help to maintain healthy skin and to improve the appearance of acne and scars.

Thanks

Can you overdose on vitamin E? I can't recall what vitamin it is, but I've read that some vitamins can become harmful if taken too much. Is vitamin E one of those?
