hen some people think of yoga, they imagine having to stretch like a gymnast. That makes them worry that they're too old, unfit, or "tight" to do yoga. The truth is you're never too old to improve flexibility.Muscles that have become flaccid, weak or slothy are stimulated repeatedly to shed excess flab and flaccidity.

yoga is such a good form of exercise that any group, community and age people can practice the aasanas daily. it is said to make one very flexible and strong and also very disciplined.

Yoga has many benefits and the best part about Yoga is that it can be practiced by anyone irrespective of their age. the magical quality of Yoga has made it popular not only in India but among the westerners as well. Smiley
